Terms

Effective 15 October 2026. These terms cover the KalviApp phone app (Android and iPhone) and the KalviApp website at app.kalviapp.in.

KalviApp is run by Saravanakumar GN ("we"). By using KalviApp you agree to these terms. Please read them, and our privacy policy, which says what we collect and why.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account safe: whoever can sign in to it can use your KalviApp account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it, or take a test for someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete account) or at app.kalviapp.in/account/delete.

Using KalviApp

• KalviApp, its questions, explanations, study material and design belong to Saravanakumar GN. You may use them for your own study.
• Do not copy, sell, publish or share the questions or study material, and do not copy, change or take apart the app.
• Do not try to break KalviApp, get around a lock or a test's rules, or reach another person's account.

KalviApp Pro and purchases

• Some material and tests need KalviApp Pro. Pro is a subscription you buy through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply to the payment.
• A subscription renews by itself until you cancel it. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account at least a day before it renews. Deleting the app or your KalviApp account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules.
• If you bought the earlier one-time full access, you keep what it gave you: no ads and the full question bank.
• We will always show the price and what you get before you pay. We may change prices or what Pro includes; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Tests and results

• Each test shows its rules before you start: its time, how many attempts you have, and when results are released.
• We work to keep questions and answers correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, report it in the app. KalviApp is a study aid; it does not promise a result in any exam.
• Some parts of KalviApp need an internet connection. Your mobile data costs are yours.

Changes and availability

• We may update KalviApp, and some features may need the latest version.
• We may change or stop parts of KalviApp. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
• If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. Using KalviApp after that means you accept them.

Our responsibility

KalviApp is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, or for loss caused by a lost connection, a flat battery or a device problem, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
